Summer Farmer Market Cheeseboard


  • 1 package A Dutch Masterpiece Vermeer Aged Gouda Cheese
  • 1 pint Strawberries
  • 1 pint pint Raspberries
  • 1 cup Cherries
  • 1 pint Blueberries
  • 1 Peach (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup Fig Jam
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 package Whole Grain Crackers
  • 6 slices Toasted Baguette sliced
  • Cutting board, Knife, and small Ramekin


Serves 4 to 6 people

Begin by rinsing the berries; slice the peach and baguette, and filling the ramekin with the fig jam. Place the Vermeer Aged Gouda Cheese and the fig jam onto the cheeseboard. Next, sprinkle the berries throughout the platter; layer the crackers and baguette around the edges. Serve with a bowl of cashews.

A full-bodied wine will stand up to the nutty flavors of the gouda; Cabernet Sauvignon is a perfect match.
